Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on all nationwide orders over PKR 5,000.

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of PKR 200–250 applied at checkout for orders under PKR 5,000.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Verification: Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) may require confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp before dispatch.

• Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

• Delivery Time:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Regions & Remote Areas: 3 to 6 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing your Tracking ID and courier link to monitor real-time shipping status.

4. Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-contactable recipient, our team will reach out to reschedule delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
